SOS provides fully trained operatives as janitor / caretakers, whose primary functions are to clean and maintain buildings on a fulltime, daily or part-time daily service.

Every member of staff is trained to our excellent standards and is equipped with:
- dedicated site-specific email addresses
- camera phones
- reporting systems
The reporting system supports remote managing agents with the best information possible in a reliable and speedy fashion.
In addition our janitors/caretakers carry out daily check-lists and report urgent situations to the property manager as required. Our aim is to be the eyes and the ears on site and keep out clients fully aware of anything they need to know sooner, rather than later.
